BAYVIEW HOTEL GEORGETOWN PENANG

During New year 2023 holiday, we went to Penang 2 days 1 night trip and stay at Bayview Georgetown Hotel.
Hotel have provided free parking for hotel guests.
We arrive at the hotel about 12pm but receptionist call us come back on 2pm. When we come back on 2pm, the another receptionist call us come back at 3pm. We can’t accept this and direct complain to their manager. Suggest to the manager , they need to improve their attitude and customer service.
And our hotel room package are included breakfast.
The breakfast are buffet style and have many choices.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
