The Qixia Temple Relic Pagoda, located east of the temple, is a Buddhist stone pagoda from the Five Dynasties period of China . The existing pagoda was rebuilt during the Southern Tang Dynasty (937-975 ) . With its compact structure and ornate carvings, it serves as a valuable example for studying Southern Tang architecture.

The pagoda is a dense-eaves style, with five levels and eight sides. From bottom to top, it consists of three parts: the base, the body, and the finial. Standing 18 meters tall , it is constructed entirely of white limestone. The base comprises three tiers, consisting, from bottom to top, of a pedestal, a Sumeru pedestal, and an upturned lotus pedestal. The base is carved with patterns of dragons, phoenixes, fish, and turtles swimming amidst water and auspicious clouds, while the sides are carved with pomegranate and phoenix motifs.

The upper and lower parts of the Sumeru pedestal are carved with lotus, pomegranate, lion and phoenix patterns on the sides. The middle waist part is an octahedron , and the eight corners are carved into semicircular corner columns. The columns are embossed with images of strong men and standing dragons, and between the columns are reliefs of Sakyamuni's " Eight Phases of Enlightenment " .
