My personal Mont Blanc season is finally in full swing! 🌰🍴

Today, I'd like to introduce you to Cafe Sanmyaku, located in Gifu. 🦫𓈒𓏸

This cafe serves coffee brewed with high-quality beans grown at high altitudes and offers Mont Blanc cakes shaped like mountains. ⛰️💭

It's a lovely old-style cafe, and the interior is relaxing with its wood grain. 🌱

I wanted to enjoy chestnuts to my heart's content, so I ordered the luxurious pair set of three Mont Blanc cakes and a drink. o̴̶̷᷄ ̫ o̴̶̷᷄⟡.·

It's a recommended menu item, perfect for sharing with someone or even solo summiting. ⛰️🌰

The Mountain Range Mont Blanc
features the elegant flavor of Japanese chestnuts and matcha.🌰🍵

The richness of Gifu Prefecture chestnuts complements the matcha perfectly,
and I can see why it's so popular...🫶🏻

The Chestnut and Coffee Mont Blanc
features espresso and brandy made with roasted beans for a sophisticated taste.𓂃𓏸

The French chestnut cream with a hint of rum
feels luxurious and delicious.🥺💭

The Lemon and Cheese Cream Pie Mont Blanc
features a flaky pie crust scented with cinnamon, topped with a cheese cream blend of sour cream and two types of mascarpone cheese,
and a sweet and sour lemon custard center.🍋🍋✨

It was refreshing and served as the flavor changer of the three,
and it was absolutely delicious.( ˶ˊᵕˋ˶ )♡

And then, the drink I chose, the "Roast Tea Latte" (¥760) was shockingly delicious! 🫨💖💖💖

It's a drink made with milk and syrup made with roasted green tea.
For someone who loves roasted green tea and has a sweet tooth,
it was an absolute bliss. I'll definitely be ordering it again! ☕️🪽

I've always wanted to go to this place, so I'm so happy I finally got to go.
