Angel Falls – “The Highest Waterfall in the World, Hidden in the Jungle”

📌 Location: Canaima National Park, Venezuela

Reaching Angel Falls is half the adventure—it involves a flight, a boat journey, and a jungle trek. But when you finally see the world’s tallest waterfall (979 meters), it’s a moment that stays with you forever. I approached it via canoe, surrounded by dense rainforest and mist, and could see the falls cascading off the edge of a flat-topped mountain (tepui) into the void. The sound echoed through the valley, and the spray felt cool and electric. With no Wi-Fi and few tourists, the experience was pure and primal. A hidden wonder, still untouched by mass tourism.
