Totally worth a visit just to admire the architecture—a masterpiece of Inigo Jones' classical design. Be sure to explore the Tulip Staircase and the Great Hall. The art collection may be more of an acquired taste unless you're a huge fan of historical naval vessels. However, the museum boasts the marvelously renowned Armada portrait of Elizabeth I and a Holbein of Henry VIII, which are both remarkable. Greenwich is overflowing with attractions like the Cutty Sark, the Maritime Museum, the Royal Observatory, and the Greenwich market, but don't miss out on this architectural delight.
