Day 1:
In the morning, I greeted the sunrise under the Guangzhou Tower. The modern wonders of this city were refreshing. Take the high-speed elevator and soar into the sky to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Guangzhou. The Pearl River is like a long jade belt, with buildings on both sides arranged in an orderly manner, with modern and classical elements complementing each other. Afterwards, I strolled to Shamian, a microcosm of history. European-style buildings stand side by side, and the mottled walls are covered with ivy, as if telling stories of the past. I shuttled between these ancient buildings, feeling the weight of history and the passage of time, letting my soul wander in the long river of history.
The next day:
In the morning, I came to Yuyin Mountain House, which is the essence of classical gardens. The garden is filled with poetic atmosphere with winding paths, small bridges and flowing water. I strolled along the stone path in the garden, admiring the garden landscape on both sides. The exquisite garden architecture and natural landscape complement each other. Afterwards, I headed to the Chen Clan Academy, an architectural gem of Guangzhou. The architecture of Chen Clan Academy is exquisite, with carved beams and painted rafters, and every detail shows the exquisite skills of the craftsmen. I stopped to admire the exquisite wood carvings, stone carvings and plaster sculptures, and felt the unique charm of Guangdong's traditional architecture. It seemed as if I could hear the gentle echoes of history here, allowing me to appreciate the unique style of Guangzhou in the dreams of ancient gardens and the bustling city.
