A leisurely stroll in Guangzhou: from the bustle of the city to the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains

When the sun rises, I walk in the morning light to Yuexiu Park, which is a witness to Guangzhou's history. The park is full of towering ancient trees and green grass. The stone statue of the Five Rams stands quietly on the lawn, becoming the symbol of Guangzhou. I strolled along the paths in the park, feeling the weight of history and the passage of time. Afterwards, I headed to the Chen Clan Academy, an architectural gem of Guangzhou. The architecture of Chen Clan Academy is exquisite, with carved beams and painted rafters, and every detail shows the exquisite skills of the craftsmen. I stopped to admire the exquisite wood carvings, stone carvings and plaster sculptures, as if I could hear the gentle echoes of history here.
Early in the morning, I came to Haizhu Lake, an ecological treasure land of Guangzhou. The lake is sparkling, water birds are dancing, and there are green trees and flowers all around. I rented a small boat and cruised on the lake, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the lake and mountains. Afterwards, I headed to the Canton Tower, the city’s modern landmark. Take the high-speed elevator straight into the sky and take in the beautiful scenery of Guangzhou. The Pearl River is like a long jade belt, with buildings on both sides arranged in an orderly manner, with modern and classical elements complementing each other. I stood on the observation deck, looking out at the prosperity and beauty of the city, letting my mind relax amid the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains.
