A Must-See in Guangzhou! The Kapok Flowers at the Peasant Movement Institute Are in Full Bloom!

❣️Every spring, the tall kapok flowers, the city flower of Guangzhou, bloom layer upon layer, filling the branches like burning flames, becoming the most dazzling scenery in spring.

📷There are many places to photograph kapok flowers in Guangzhou, but I prefer the Peasant Movement Institute. It is known as the "Little Forbidden City of Guangzhou" and is one of the most historic places in the city.

🖍️Every March, the kapok flowers at the Peasant Movement Institute bloom as scheduled. The fiery red flowers complement the red walls, yellow tiles, and ancient architecture, creating a spring scene that seems to tell the heroic stories of this city.

📷On the day I took these photos, I happened to encounter a whole branch of kapok flowers that had fallen on the street. It was the first time I saw unopened kapok flower buds. I discovered that the buds are green before they open, and the half-opened flowers are a light pinkish-purple. So beautiful, such a pleasant surprise.

📷If you want to take the most beautiful photos with the kapok flowers, I recommend going to the fourth-floor platform of the Xinghuo 1926 building opposite the Peasant Movement Institute. From here, you can not only overlook the entire Peasant Movement Institute but also perfectly blend people and kapok flowers to create atmospheric spring photos.

❤️‍🩹This spring, take some time to explore and discover the most beautiful hero flower of Guangzhou, and experience the heroic spirit and spring romance of this city.

📷Tips for Visiting:
1️⃣Best time to visit: The kapok flowers usually bloom from March to April. It is recommended to visit on a sunny morning or evening when the light is soft and suitable for taking pictures.
2️⃣Clothing suggestions: Kapok flowers are mainly red, so it is recommended to wear light-colored or solid-colored clothing to avoid clashing with the color of the flowers. *Hanfu* and *cheongsam* also look great!
