Foodie delights on rainy days in Guangzhou

Spent two days in Guangzhou in the beginning of our trip to China, and unfortunately stuck indoors most of the time due to the rain. Even so we managed to enjoy some good food and specialties of Guangzhou.
侨美食家 (several branches across Guangzhou)
♡ 红烧乳鸽 (roasted pigeon) - best combination of crispy skin and tender meat
啫八 (specialising in claypot dishes)
♡ 啫蚝烙 (oyster pancake) - savory and full of seafood and plump oysters
♡ 咸蛋黄啫凉瓜 - great crunch and flavor from the salted egg yolk
♡ 啫黄鳝 - bit of kick from the chilli, great paired with white rice
荔银肠粉
♡ 红米肠 - classic dish in Guangzhou, loved the mix of soft and crunch textures
♡ 肠粉 - options for various filings available to try
