This past May, I first stayed at the newly opened Boyin Yiyue Hotel in Nansha. The facilities, staff, and service were all excellent, and the value for money was exceptional. The only downside was the lack of coffee at breakfast. I found it strange, so I reported it to the hotel and also to Trip.com.

As I'm sure everyone knows, even star-rated hotels often get a perfunctory response, so I didn't have high hopes.

Two months later, I returned to Nansha and quietly checked into the same hotel. As I entered the lobby, I spotted a light-up coffee machine from afar. I was thrilled. A cup of coffee might only cost a few yuan, but the thoughtfulness was priceless. It turns out our concerns raised by Trip.com and the hotel were heard and heard. And this was the first time a hotel had taken such proactive action, immediately addressing the issue. We've also added an afternoon tea hour, offering free pastries, fruit, and coffee, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a quiet afternoon in the lounge area.

Another anecdote happened one evening when I returned to my room after exercising. I noticed a uniformed woman, briefcase in hand, meticulously inspecting each room, checking the furnishings, cleanliness, and more. Watching her from behind, I was struck by the radiance of a conscientious person. Manager Chen, I admire your professionalism and thank you for your care.
