Matcha + Yuzu is always my favorite combination! The premium Isuzu matcha is rich and slightly bitter, paired with refreshing Japanese yuzu pulp and a light yuzu jelly. The layers are rich and complex—every bite was deeply satisfying.

Full marks for creativity! The cream with dried tangerine peel and Sichuan peppercorn has a unique flavor that somehow works perfectly. It's filled with citrus jelly, fresh orange slices, and finger limes that burst with juice. The cake base is as light as a cloud, making for an absolutely stunning texture!
