[Korea Travel] Gyeongju / Traditional Hanok Houses Line the Site of the First National University on the Korean Peninsula

#RecommendedKorea2024

📍Korea Gyeongju Gyochon Village

This is a facility where you can experience traditional Korean culture from the Silla period.

It was originally the site of the first national university on the Korean peninsula

There are many traditional hanok houses lined up on the large grounds, and you can visit inside.

There were not many people, so it was quiet.

There are also restaurants, cafes, and craft shops, so it would be nice to have a leisurely meal here if you get tired of sightseeing.

There is a bus from Singyeongju Station

It is about an 8-minute walk from the bus stop

There is no admission fee, so you can visit for free.

📍 Gyeongju Gyochon Village
Address: 88-5 Gyodong, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do
