Casa Mia is undoubtedly the best Italian restaurant that we have ever tried in Hainan Island, even in China. It is a real Italian restaurant, the food is amazing. We are regular customers and have tried many dishes, all of them are authentic.

There are two Casa Mia in Hainan, one is located in Haikou and the other one is in Sanya.
