Hakodate 🇯🇵 Wagyu Shabu Shabu "A-Sari"

This restaurant is considered a famous restaurant. The service and quality are very good, but the meat portion is a little insufficient, so you may need to add some.

You can choose shabu-shabu or sukiyaki, but since it is the same pot, two people must order the same cooking method. It is a bit regrettable that you can't enjoy the different flavors of shabu-shabu and sukiyaki at the same time.

Aji knows that Japanese people don't drink soup when eating shabu-shabu, but Aji is very Taiwanese. Seeing the kelp soup cooked with wagyu and vegetables, I really want to ask them for a spoon... Tasteless? Add some yuzu vinegar dipping sauce for shabu-shabu and it will be perfect!
