“Hakone Day Trip” near Tokyo

Hakone is a great place to go for a day trip near Tokyo.
If the weather is good, you can see Mt. Fuji, but unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day I visited. Be sure to buy black eggs at Sanunsan! Buy some soda from the store in case you get choked up.

Soda: 360 yen
Do you know that Hakone is a pirate ship? Take a pirate ship and see the Peace Torii! It's a red shrine, and it's pretty even from afar.

1. Buy a Hakone Free Pass (Price: 6,100 yen)
2. Buy a Romancecar (Price: 1,200 yen)
3. Take the Romancecar from Shinjuku to Hakone-Yumoto Station.

: Take the free shuttle bus from Hakone Yumoto Station to Hakone Yuryo Hot Springs!
It takes about 3 minutes and the open-air bath is very attractive.
