KANAYA RESORT HAKONE

I had the best French meal of my life! This time I visited "KANAYA RESORT HAKONE", which opened as a villa of "Kinugawa Kanaya Hotel", which has its roots in Japan's oldest hotel "Nikko Kanaya Hotel".

This is a quiet inn with a sense of privacy, standing alone in the forest of Hakone. Not only can you relax in a spacious room with an open-air bath, but you can also enjoy champagne & caviar, whiskey & chocolate, which were loved by the founder "John Kanaya".

The French cuisine with a Japanese taste is top-notch and delicious, and it has become one of the inns you definitely want to visit.
