Modern western Japanese onsen hotel

We love this onsen hotel best!! It offers shuttle from gora station. It’s open air onsen offers is great mountain view. The service is superb. Hotel facilities and amenities are just wonderful. All the staff are friendly and professional. The room is spacious and has private onsen. But we didn’t have time to use it coz it offers 2 outdoors onsen and an indoor onsen. We tried all the 3 and love them all! The lobby area offers wide varieties of drinks (alcohol and non alcoholic) and free ice cream during the day. We booked a half board package and love the food. Not only the wide varieties of food but the quality of food is just fantastic! Overall, best experience and best onsen hotel ever! Love it! #onsen#onsenhotel #hakone #ten-yu
