Make the most of your Hakone Free Pass

Hakone sightseeing can be planned in either a clockwise or counterclockwise route! While both directions tend to be crowded with tourists, the clockwise route seems to be slightly less busy.

Start at 'Hakone-Yumoto' and take a bus.
Get off at 'Moto-Hakone Port' and explore the shrine (Peace Torii).
Board the pirate sightseeing cruise to 'Togendai Port' (have lunch at a view restaurant).
Take the ropeway (cable car) to 'Owakudani'.
Try the black eggs (rumored to extend your life by 7 years!).
Enjoy the sulfur hot spring scenery while riding the ropeway to 'Sounzan'.
