🌉 Raffles City Hangzhou is located in the heart of Qianjiang Business District, Hangzhou's city center, financial and commercial center, and leisure hub. The project covers an area of ​​40,355 square meters, has a total construction area of ​​385,335 square meters, and a total height of approximately 250 meters. It consists of two towers, T1 and T2, encompassing six business formats: modern business offices, Raffles City shopping mall, Ascott serviced apartments, Hilton, and Conrad hotels, mixed-use units (Tianyu), and boutique apartments (Tianjing). Designed by renowned architect Ben van Berkel, principal architect of the Dutch architecture firm UNStudio, the design concept was inspired by the flow of the Qiantang River. The two towers rotate upwards, captivating the eye with the graceful curves of the waterways. The project utilizes modern aesthetics, creating an architectural form that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Offering stunning 360-degree views, Raffles City Hangzhou has also received two prestigious awards for Zhejiang: the first super project in Zhejiang to fully utilize BIM technology, and the first commercial project in Zhejiang to be fully designed and constructed to LEED Gold standards.
