【Hanoi, Vietnam】Pizza 4P's

This Vietnamese pizza chain, originally opened by Japanese owners in Vietnam, has locations in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Danang. It's a well-known restaurant. This time, we dined at the Âu Cơ location, situated on the banks of West Lake with beautiful views.
The restaurant has six floors. You'll wait for your table on the first floor before being directed to the upper floors. The menu includes pizza, pasta, and salads. This time, we ordered a combination pizza, a three-cheese pizza, and a Margherita pizza, totaling six slices. The crust was thin and chewy, the Margherita pizza was light and delicious, and the three-cheese pizza was fragrant and not greasy. It was the most delicious dish of our trip to Hanoi.
