[China] Like a divine crossing on Lake Baikal! Mysterious Diamond Beach

Diamond Beach is a storage area for ice blocks cut from the Songhua River, which is completely frozen over for the Harbin Ice Festival.

It is known by its English name, Diamond Beach, and is a spectacular spot known only to those in the know.

It is located at the foot of the Songhua River Highway Bridge, and since there is no public transportation, it is common to visit by taxi from Harbin city.

Alternatively, you can walk there in about 30 minutes from the Harbin Ice Festival venue.

Admission is free.
The venue is only open during the Harbin Ice Festival, from early in the morning until around 5:00 p.m.

*However, it was closed during the Winter Asian Games. Be careful as the event period seems to be canceled.

It is mysterious, very similar to the natural ice phenomenon of "God's Crossing" seen on Lake Baikal in Russia! However, this is purely artificial

But it is very photogenic

Many tourists came to take commemorative photos

Some even flew drones

📍Zuanshihai

Location: No. 1, Daqiao Xue Road, Songbei District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province

Only during the Harbin Ice Festival
