As soon as I got out of the car, a concierge came to help with my luggage and guided me to the front desk for check-in. At the front desk, I was handed a bottle of warm mineral water. In Harbin's cool autumn weather, this was the first "wow moment"! While waiting, I wandered around the lobby, which boasts an impressive size. The lounge area is thoughtfully designed with appropriate social distancing, and the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows is delightful. Plus, the 24-hour tea station is free to use—wow again!

So far, the service has been impeccable, with constant smiles and courtesy. There were verbal reminders about breakfast times, notifications for afternoon tea and bedtime milk, and guidance for using the elevator. On the way to the room, the environment was dominated by wooden tones—even the fire hydrant door was a hidden design that blended seamlessly with the wooden wall panels. It featured "Fire Hydrant" in Chinese, English, and Russian, exuding a sophisticated yet uniquely Harbin vibe. Another wow!

The room design can be summed up in one word: order. Everything in the room adheres to the principle of "form follows function." There are no unnecessary decorations, but the space is utilized to its fullest, with highly functional features. The essential oil diffuser in the room emits a soothing fragrance, perfectly catering to the preferences of its target guests and aligning with Mousse's "sleep therapy" culture. The bathroom features a dry-wet separation design, and the Mousse brand bedding needs no introduction—falling asleep instantly is the best testament to its quality.
