#Wat Chi Achang, Hat Yai

#VisitHatYai 📢 Wat Chi-A-Chang, which means “Kusal-Metta-Rama”, is a large and beautiful Chinese temple in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province that you should not miss. It is near Kim Yong Market. It is a Mahayana Buddhist temple under the Chinese Buddhist sect built in 1936.

📸 The temple is made of 4-storey reinforced concrete and is a large building decorated with Thai, Chinese and Tibetan art. Inside, there are Guan Yu, Guanyin with a thousand arms, and a Buddha statue in the attitude of forbidding relatives. If you go up to the top floor, you can see a beautiful view of Hat Yai city.

📌 Visit the “#Chi-A-Chang Festival, Hat Yai City Cultural Trail”, which is held in May of every year.
