A nice upscale fusion restaurant in Hatyai

Recently, Reen and I had the chance to dine here at Carino Restaurant, which is located on Samchai Road. The restaurant has limited seating, so I would suggest booking ahead. There is normal table seating, or you can choose the bar-like seating where you can watch the chef create your beautiful food.

The restaurant serves some very nice fusion. The first we had was their grilled seabass in thick tomyum paste, very nice as the fish is so fresh and the thick tomyum paste is so flavorful. Their truffle mushroom pizza has a very nice, thick yet soft crust, and the truffle mushroom cream sauce on it were amazing.

Their carbonara pasta is fresh, creamy, and cheezy, and the presentation of the food here were amazing. The chefs are very dedicated to preparing the food correctly and then decorating it beautifully. Its a sight watching them prepare and to plate the food.

For soup, we had fresh corn cream soup, very 5 love the flavor and the corn kernel in it.

For drinks, they do have a good selection from non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. As for dessert, we had their caramel custard pudding.
