Enjoy the architectural vistas of Miyajima at night

Miyajima is located in Hiroshima Prefecture, one of the most famous attractions is the World Heritage Nishima Shrine. Walking on the shore, from time to time you will encounter deer walking around, very healing, recommended to slowly feel this beautiful and historical place.

Recommended Route:
It is recommended to take a boat to Miyajima early in the morning, first head directly to Yanjima Shrine to feel the unique landscape of the entire shrine standing in the sea. 1. It is recommended to avoid weekends, weekdays are less crowded and easier to shoot empty views.
2. If you want to get the most beautiful twilight photos, arriving around 5pm would be more suitable.
3. The floor inside the shrine is wet and slippery, and it is recommended to wear non-slip shoes.
4. Miyajima is open from 06:30-17:30.
5. Although deer are relatives, some deer are more proactive and carefully protect their belongings, especially paper bags and food.

Miyajima not only has Yanjima Shrine, the beautiful scenery and leisurely pace, coupled with the company of cute deer, is worth staying for more than half a day to enjoy. Whether it’s religious culture, natural scenery or local features, the small island is full of surprises.
