Thought July would be warm, but almost cried from the cold at sunset, temperature dropped from 30°C to 5°C!

A thin down jacket is a must! Bring scarf and gloves too! Grassland weather changes in a flash!

❌ Pitfall 2: Underestimating the power of mosquitoes

The grassland mosquitoes are numerous and vicious; without mosquito repellent, my legs were covered in bites!

✅ Solution:

Mosquito repellent + mosquito-proof pants + mosquito patches! Fully armed! Mosquitoes are most active at dusk!

❌ Pitfall 3: Miscalculating sunset time

In peak season, the sightseeing bus line can take 1 hour, almost missed the sunset!

✅ Solution:

Arrive at the scenic area before 6 PM! The sightseeing bus ride takes 40 minutes! Plus a walk on a wooden boardwalk!
