Take a look at the grandeur of "Himeji Castle"

Himeji Castle is a castle in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is both a national treasure of Japan and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Himeji Castle is only 1 kilometer from Himeji Station, and it can be reached in about 1 hour by train from Osaka or Kyoto, making it a great day trip from the Kansai region. Himeji Castle is a beautiful white castle that prides itself as a popular tourist spot among both Japanese and foreigners.

Himeji Castle can be visited every day, except for December 29-30, which is a castle holiday.

The opening hours are:
Summer (April 17-August 31) 9:00-17:00 (castle gates close at 18:00)
Outside of these times, it is open from 9:00-16:00 (castle gates close at 17:00)

Admission fee: Adults (18 years and older) 1,000 yen, Children (elementary and junior high school) 300 yen

For those who want to travel from Osaka Just take the JR Kobe Line and take the Special Rapid Service bound for Himeji from Osaka Station for 8 stations and it takes about 1 hour.
