🏯 Himeji Castle, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture

When you stand at the foot of Himeji Castle for the first time, you will be really shocked by its magnificent momentum! As the largest and most well-preserved wooden castle in Japan, Himeji Castle is known as the "White Egret Castle". From a distance, it looks like a white egret spreading its wings and about to fly, which is breathtaking🤍.

The castle is exquisitely designed, and the wooden structure is antique. Walking up the steep stairs slowly, it seems like traveling back to the Warring States Period. Looking out from the top of the castle tower, the entire Himeji city view is in full view. When the weather is good, you can even see the Seto Inland Sea from a distance. The scenery is super healing🌿.

Although it takes a little strength to climb up, the historical displays and space design in the process are worth savoring. Every corner is full of history, which is very suitable for people who are interested in Japanese Warring States culture or architecture📜.

Himeji Castle is a world heritage site, and it is unforgettable from beauty to history!
