Hiroshima Castle, located in Hiroshima City, was built in 1589 by Mori Terumoto, who governed much of the Chugoku region. It was once destroyed after the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, but has since been rebuilt and you can learn about Hiroshima's history inside the building. Perhaps because of its location, it seems to attract a lot of foreign tourists.
This is a Hiroshima tourist spot that you should definitely visit at least once.
