Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Dome

I visited on December 15th.

I walked from Hiroshima Station to the Atomic Bomb Dome. It was my first time here, so my honest impression was that it was smaller than I expected.

However, I was amazed to see that it is still standing despite the effects of the bomb that destroyed most of the buildings and took the lives of many people.

It was nice to see it from across the Motoyasu River, which looked different from when I saw it up close.
