A famous restaurant in Akasaka that won one star for two consecutive years in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2019 and 2020
opened in Hiroshima on July 25th!

I stopped by while I was traveling♪

You can enjoy fish sourced from all over the country, mainly from the Seto Inland Sea, prepared in a variety of ways

・Seared fatty tuna

・Stewed conger eel

As this is Edomae sushi,
the rice is seasoned with red vinegar,
so you can eat it as is,
and it's very easy to eat

Everything was delicious,
but the thing that impressed me the most was
the sea urchin

It melted the moment I put it in my mouth♡

The moment this came out,
I was so excited!

The shop's original caviar is low-sodium,
so it's not at all salty and sparkles!! The presentation where you open the lid yourself using the key is also wonderful♡

We had a caviar bowl with plenty of caviar on top of red vinegar rice in a golden bowl♪

Everything was gently and elegantly seasoned, beautifully presented, and just the right amount of volume, so we were very satisfied◎

It's not a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but the service is pleasant and the atmosphere is not too formal, so it's easy to go there♪

The interior is very clean, and in addition to counter seats, there are private rooms, so it's recommended for dates and anniversaries♡
