Shintenchi, Hiroshima. Hiroshima's Tonkotsu Ramen "Buchiton Main Branch"

This is the ramen shop "Buchiton Main Branch" in Shintenchi, Hiroshima.

They are open until 26:00 on Fridays, the day before holidays, and Saturdays, and I had ramen for a "midnight snack" on my trip.

Ramen is available from 580 yen, including their signature "Shiroton", the slightly spicy "Akaton", and the tonkotsu-based soy sauce ramen "Kuroton".

The "Shumai" made with plenty of pork and onions from Awaji Island seems to be popular as well.

A ramen and shumai set is also reasonably priced at 780 yen.

This time I had "Kuroton" and "Kaedama".

"Kaedama" costs 120 yen.

You can pick up your shumai takeout at the counter from outside, which is convenient!

There are only 11 seats at the counter.

Located in an arcade, it's easy to stop by even on rainy days.
