I learned about this garden for the first time on this trip to Hiroshima, and since the weather was nice, I decided to go.
It was very well maintained and well looked after, and I was surprised at how large and impressive the garden was. I had no idea there was something like this in the city.
The stone bridge over the pond in the 7th and 8th photos seems to have remained despite the atomic bomb, and traces of radiation exposure can be seen all over the stones.
There were also many cherry trees, so I think the scenery will be even more beautiful when it gets a little warmer, so I would like to go again in spring or autumn.
