While on a drive in Kyushu, I discovered a very interesting attraction - Iichiko Hita Distillery. Built in a vast expanse of nature, the factory allows visitors to enjoy the fun of wandering around and get a free tour of the whole process of making Japanese shochu.

The factory is divided into Hall 1 and Hall 2. Although you can only visit Hall 1 in May, you can get a rough idea of ​​​​the different steps in wine making. The industrial design style of the factory is super beautiful😍. On top of that, the entire distillery is in operation, so you can see the entire winemaking process first-hand when you visit.

After your visit, be sure to check out the shops for some souvenirs and locally limited liquor. I bought two sets of handsome souvenirs to bring back to Hong Kong as souvenirs.
