Started the morning slow with a hearty breakfast buffet at Hilton Saigon — everything you’d want to fuel up for the day. After that, strolled over to Book Street (Đường Sách) where the cozy bookshops and leafy shade made for the perfect unhurried walk.
Made a quick stop at the iconic Saigon Central Post Office, always worth a visit for its mix of history and architecture. Then tucked myself into Oasis Café, a little hideout where time feels like it slows down — the kind of place you can sip coffee for hours.
