🍜 Authentic Japanese Ramen in the Heart of Ho Chi Minh 🇻🇳

Last week, we stayed at KiN Hai Bà Trưng, and every time we stepped out of the hotel, an irresistible aroma of Japanese cuisine drifted through the air from next door. The scent alone was enough to make us curious — and when we saw a sign claiming “Best Ramen in Japan,” we knew we had to give it a try.

I’ve had my fair share of ramen from many places, and honestly, it’s rare to find a bad one. But this spot truly stood out.

The moment we walked in, the cheerful staff welcomed us with a hearty “Irasshaimase!” The menu was clear and straightforward — their signature ramen took center stage right on the first page. We ordered two ramen bowls in max size, plus a variety of sides: onsen eggs, bamboo shoots, gyoza, fried chicken, and more. Everything was delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and springy, and the broth — rich, flavorful, and beautifully thick. Absolutely satisfying!

Our set also came with drinks, which made it a great deal. Since it was just after Vietnam’s Women’s Day, my girlfriend even got to try their lucky draw and won a piece of matcha mochi — a small but delightful gesture that made the experience even more memorable.

We enjoyed it so much that we went back again on our last day. This time, my girlfriend had the soy sauce ramen while I tried the dry ramen — both were excellent in their own ways.

If you ever find yourself in Ho Chi Minh City craving authentic ramen, this place is a must-try. Great food, warm hospitality, and reasonable prices — it’s a true hidden gem beside KiN. 🍜✨🇻🇳
