Saigon at night

saigon this is my first day for long Covid I’m back Ho Chi Minh . first is very busy later later at night is very quiet. #saigon . I love Saigon at night time then morning. not too busy for many car driving. I have my Internet driving license so I can drive here. but let me tell you this in the morning time is so crazy when you drive in so many people, they can come to you all the time I don’t care let’s remember this when you’re driving don’t be scared if you scare you will hit someone’s, but you not scare. You won’t be at Saigon people driving like crazy they don’t care they just want to go fast. It never have speed for you to breathe.. So crazy but don’t dry is hard to dry for the parking in downtown.
