Lulong Bay is located in Ninh Binh City, about 100 kilometers from Hanoi. Like Halong Bay, it is a famous karst scenic spot in Vietnam. Therefore, it is called "#LandHalongBay".
At the same time, this is also one of the filming scenes of the movie King Kong "Skull Island"
The picture of the movie poster was taken from Halong Bay
In the plot, King Kong fights with the giant lizard and leaves bloody handprints
As well as the scenes where the indigenous tribes and giant buffalo appear on the island
And the "aircraft ship" made of airplane wreckage in the play
are all from "Lulong Bay".
Generally, tourists will choose to buy a one-day trip in Hanoi.
If you go by yourself, you can buy a boat ticket directly at the ticket booth.
The prices are written on the signboard, so you don’t have to worry about being treated as a fat sheep.
The cost per person is 200,000 vnd (about NT$270).
Usually, there are four people in a boat.
▪️There are two route options:
1. Nine caves + three temples: about 5-6 hours
2. Four caves + three temples: about 2-3 hours
The sign said that route 1 stops, so we chose route 2.
We were lucky that the weather was cool today.
It was cloudy but there was no rain.
I've read some travelogues before,
exposing to the sun in the middle of the lake,
plus the reflection of the lake light, is really torture.
🔸October to April is the best time to travel to Vietnam
Other seasons often have rain or high temperatures.
