Mì Quang is a noodle dish that originated in Da Nang in central Vietnam.
This is a local B-class gourmet dish with flat noodles topped with soup, vegetables, crushed peanuts, meat, shrimp, boiled eggs, etc.

You can add the many vegetables that come with it and mix the small amount of soup and ingredients together while eating (it's like a mixed noodle dish).

You can also enjoy changing the flavor by squeezing the seasonings and citrus fruits on the table to your liking. It was very delicious when mixed with the flat noodles!

Personally, I found it more filling than pho and I loved it🤤✨
