At the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains, surrounded by clear air and greenery, the Hakushu Distillery is the home of Suntory's proud single malt, Hakushu.

Here, you can take a tour to see the actual distillery, which is irresistible for whiskey lovers!

There are two types of tours: the "Manufacturing Tour" (3,000 yen) and the "Premium Tour" (5,000 yen), which are selected by lottery. Both include a tour of the manufacturing process and tasting, and the premium tour in particular allows you to enjoy tasting rare raw liquors such as "Hakushu 12 Year Old". Participants are also given original glasses, making it a very satisfying experience. 

After the renovation, a new spot for lunch was also opened on the premises🍽️
You can enjoy plates and light meals made with local ingredients, so you'll want to take your time and relax...!

There is also a free whiskey museum and a gift shop. You can also get items exclusive to the distillery.

The special feeling of tasting a glass in the midst of nature was exceptional.
