A long-established sake brewery with a large cedar ball decorating its eaves.
We use underground water from Mt. Kaikoma, one of Japan's 100 famous water sources, and sake rice grown in Yamanashi Prefecture.
We brew our sake using methods that have been refined over the 300 years since our founding.
At our store, you can sample a variety of sakes, from our famous "Shichiken" Junmai sake to Junmai Daiginjo sake and unpasteurized sake.
The stylish, retro space offers dishes made with local ingredients, brewery tours, and general merchandise for sale.
This is the only place in the world where you can find sake made with water from Hakushu, a water system in the Southern Alps!
Their sparkling sake is also delicious!
