🍒Review time
𝖪𝖠𝖪𝖴 has been on my list for a long time, and I finally have the chance to visit it tonight
The restaurant is run by a team of former Michelin chefs. The environment, presentation, taste and service are all at hotel level.

The staff enthusiastically introduced to us that they had recently replaced the new 𝗆𝖾𝗇𝗎📖 in May.
And recommended several Japanese 𝖼𝗈𝖼𝗄𝗍𝖺𝗂𝗅 to us

▫️𝖣𝖺𝗂𝗅𝗒 𝖲𝗈𝗎𝗉 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖡𝗋𝖾𝖺𝖽
The soup is pumpkin soup, rich in flavor
The buns are Italian cheese buns, served with the restaurant's homemade seaweed butter 🧈
It sounds a bit confusing, but it's not that simple until you eat it
Seaweed butter adds a salty flavor and enhances the taste of bread

▫️Special seafood rice
There is so much seafood, including tiger prawns, scallops, squid, sea urchin, and salmon roe. It is full of freshness and is definitely a visual and taste enjoyment.
The rice is stewed with lobster sauce, and every grain of rice is filled with the essence of the soup.

▫️ Pan-fried Hokkaido scallops with lobster sauce
The meal is beautifully presented, and with flower petals as embellishment, it looks more like an exquisite painting.
Hokkaido scallops are fried to perfection, fresh and sweet
The lobster juice permeates the scallops, making them richer than the usual butter scallops.

▫️ Truffle Butter Porcini Chicken Roulade
Japanese Awabi chicken, tender and smooth meat𝗃𝗎𝗂𝖼𝗒
Stuffed with truffle porcini and cheese
Freshly shaved Australian black truffles are served to enhance the flavor of the chicken roll

▫️𝖲𝗈𝗎𝗅𝗀𝗈𝗈𝖽 Chocolate Basque Cake
The restaurant has collaborated with the popular 𝖲𝗈𝗎𝗅𝗀𝗈𝗈𝖽 Basque cake, which can be purchased at a discounted price of $108. Of course, you have to give it a try.
