Magnificent hotel

Lobby:

A noble and magnificent decoration.

Check-in:

There were many customers and we waited for about 20 minutes. The staff were polite and efficient when processing the procedures.

However, the elevator is quite narrow, and the combination of passengers and luggage makes the space even more crowded, which is an inherent hardware deficiency.

Rooms:

The decoration is simple, completely different from the lobby layout. The paintings on the wall have a classical feel and the room has wooden floors.

There are wardrobes, safes and refrigerators on the walls, and a shoe rack inside the wardrobe. The room has a microwave and a rattan basket under the sofa, which is the first time I have seen it. There is plenty of storage space.

From the window you can see the building view, Victoria Harbour view and the Hung Hom area.

The bathroom is small but well equipped.

Room Service:

When I needed to add supplies, I called the hotline and a staff member answered quickly. He proactively called my last name and the room attendant brought the items to me shortly afterwards.

breakfast:

The food variety and taste are just right, and the decoration is consistent with the style of the lobby.

Fitness Room:

It's very small, the machinery is average, and it doesn't have windows, so it doesn't feel open enough.

All in all, this stay was a good experience. 😄
