🎂 To celebrate a birthday with old friends, this time I chose Bacchus Wine & Restaurant in Sheung Wan, mainly French fine dining restaurant 🇫🇷! When there are have seen a large table of about 10 people are there to celebrate the birthday, the atmosphere is lively, breaking the usual traditional fine dining "quiet" impression😂
Food selection so 5 course tasting menu, everything has to try different specialties as well! Overall, the dishes here feel more fusion, compared to traditional French cuisine, Bacchus' dishes are a little more local, not very greasy after eating, and not very fat, and have an appetite and look forward to the next dish! And there is also a Chinese / Middle Eastern cuisine feeling 😅, really quite suitable for Hong Kong people's taste 💕

🔸LE BAO 🥯
Marinated pork, kimchi kimchi, half-cooked shrimp, saffron, mayonnaise
I really like this, and I remember cutting down the hand-torn pork shreds very juicy! It uses the outer layer of Chinese steamed buns, wrapped in Western cooking food, playing fusion👍 The taste is sweet and spicy, just right for my taste🤤
🔸SQUID🦑
Grilled squid, garlic slices, cherry vinegar
The squid is cooked with just the right heat time, fresh and easy to bite, folded with fried garlic slices, rich taste! ❤️

Gougères French cheese puffs
This is like a puff, wrapped in 24 months of Comte cheese, remember to eat hot, the cheese tastes more fragrant 🧀

🔸KING SALMON
Salmon kale with champagne caviar
Half-cooked salmon steak, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, rich in fish oil flavor and salty and fresh in champagne caviar, complement each other! 🎉
🔸SCAMPI
Spaghetti, perilla, sun-dried tomatoes, Iberian sausage
Half-cooked lobster meat with Middle Eastern flavor of spaghetti adds satiety to the whole meal😇 There are not many rice grains, and the bite is soft😉

I didn't expect to eat dessert, before there was a "dessert appetizer"😂 Fresh syrup with a little champagne alcohol to kick off my dessert time tonight🥰🧁🍰

🔸YUZU TART (Grapefruit Tart)
Personally I like this, a little sweet and fresh! 🌸
🔸APRICOT CRUMBLE
This flavor is more sour, folded with almond apricot crushed, rich taste, but the two comparison I would prefer grapefruit tart more 💕
