The mushrooms are fried crispy 😆 the chicken tender noodles are soft and hard 👍🏻

Baked Salmon in Oyster Sauce with Beetroot Mashed Potatoes ($148)
The salmon is tender and the fish oil comes out of the mouth😍😍
And I ate beetroot mashed potatoes for the first time pink mashed potatoes smooth
The side dishes are also excellent😎

Served with black truffle fries 🍟 and crispy squid beard 🦑
I want to say that the squid beard 🦑 powder is thin and not tough at all 👍🏻👍🏻
