#Chinese restaurant 嚥宮 InCook restaurant Breakfast at Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Walked past the shop and saw that it was open, so we went in and sat down. The menu is divided by time, but breakfast is quite diverse.
Something that is normal for people here is probably washing spoons and chopsticks. I saw an uncle sitting at the same table washing both hot water and tea. Thais like us were shocked by the hygiene.
The menu has English, but some menus do not have prices. It's exciting. 🤣 There are many types of food, both dim sum, steamed buns, fresh spring rolls, congee/noodles/or even baked rice. The Hong Kong uncle ordered minced pork rice that was served like a hamburger. It looked very delicious. But I don't know what the menu is called.
My favorite menu is the chicken bun (Fragrant Chicken Bun $20) very back to basic 😂 The taste of the filling is well-rounded.
🍽️ Crispy fried mud crab balls It's like crab meat mixed with something. It looks like a big piece of pork with sauce on top, making it even more delicious.
🦐 Hong Kong spring rolls stuffed with shrimp (Fresh shrimp intestine powder) topped with soy sauce, delicious.
🥬 I really crave Hong Kong kale, but I can't find it anywhere. I want to eat cabbage, but it's sold out, so I said anything stir-fried with vegetables, except for lettuce, I'll do it at any restaurant. This dish comes with soy sauce, delicious.
