The environment is like a teahouse in the 1980s, full of Hong Kong sentiment~

A friend's gathering brought me to this private kitchen. The restaurant is located upstairs. The environment is like a teahouse in the 1980s, full of Hong Kong feelings

First served is a pot of hot seasonal soup 😍 Large pieces of kudzu and pork bones, the soup is rich but not greasy, sweet in the mouth, even the soup residue is stunning, full of pork shreds, cold and seasoned, really good!

We also ordered seasonal seafood ~ Soy Sauce King Prawns
The shrimp meat is crispy and bouncy, the sauce blends perfectly into the shrimp body, even the shrimp shell is crispy, very hot!

Fried catfish balls with clams
The portion is rich, each piece is fried to golden brown and crispy, and there is still some juice when you bite into it! The oyster mustard tastes refreshing and has a wine aroma.

Dried flat meat minced green beans
The stir-fried green beans are very well seasoned, with fresh texture and rich taste. The whole dish is rich in layers.

Bazhen Tofu Pot
Tofu is the main ingredient, the soup is thick, the tofu absorbs the essence of the soup, the taste is tender and delicate, very seasoned, sweet and sweet, great with rice!

Special mention, the service here is really good, the staff is friendly and polite, will take the initiative to change plates, will take the initiative to serve dessert, attentiveness full 🫶🏻
