A white resort-style cafe, featuring the super rich Tom Yum spaghetti

This Thai restaurant is incredibly popular and has been on my bucket list, so I finally had time to try it. There was no line at 2 PM that day, and there were plenty of seats available.

📍Location: Near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit A1. Take the Coastal Defence Road to Po Fung Building, and you can directly access the restaurant by the stairs.

🏠Environment: The white facade is quite difficult to enter, requiring considerable effort. There's a tatami-style seating area near the large window, seating for four, requiring shoes to be removed. Next to it is a four-person square table with rattan chairs under a ⛱️ parasol. In the atrium are bar stools and cactus-themed 🌵 booths. A rattan chandelier hangs from the ceiling. The decor is themed around a resort 🏖 garden, with soft lighting, creating a cozy Thai vacation vibe.

🤵🏻Service: Orders are taken manually, with a surcharge.

🍽️Lunch + Tea: Several set menus are available, including a soup or salad and a meal. Afternoon tea is also available at 2:30 PM.

🥗Yuzu and Pomegranate Salad (with meal)
A refreshing and appetizing appetizer. 👍🏻 praised the sauce for its sweet and sour taste without being greasy.

🍤Thai Shrimp Sashimi $58
A plate of six chilled shrimp 🦐, fresh and tender, with a touch of Thai chili sauce for an even more delicious flavor ☺️.

🍝Tom Yum Crab, Scallop, and Creamy Pasta $118
👍🏻The portion is generous, and the tom yum sauce is incredibly rich 😍. The pasta is well-coated with the sauce, resulting in a sour and spicy flavor with a hint of spice 😚. The crab meat and scallops add a rich, spicy flavor, making the overall dish 🤩 perfect for summer without feeling cloying.

🥪Lemongrass🥩Beef Sandwich with Green Curry Mayonnaise $78
The platter is beautifully presented, the sandwiches meticulously divided into four portions🥰, topped with half a soft-boiled egg and edible flowers. Each sandwich is filled with a piece of medium-rare beef, perfectly pan-fried👍🏻 to a tender, chewy texture with a hint of char🤤. Paired with a salad with green curry mayonnaise, it's delicious and filling😚.

🥭Mango Sticky Rice $25
The glutinous rice is thick😉 and soft, complemented by the sweet mango flesh and coconut milk, a truly satisfying😍 meal!

🥧Durian Cream Cheese Tart $25
Palm-sized, it features a crispy caramel topped with a few blueberries and strawberries. The filling is durian cheese 🤩, and the chocolate base is very fluffy 😚. The durian flavor is intense, and you can even taste the durian flesh. I loved it 😍.

🍨Coconut Ice Cream $25
The flavor and texture are smooth coconut soft serve 😆, sprinkled with peanuts for a nice crunch.

🧋Thai Milk Tea $21 (included in meal price)
🥰Served in a glass bottle with a large glass of ice, it's smooth and rich 😚. The tea and milk are rich and balanced, and it's refreshing!

🥤Hazelnut Milo (included in meal price)
Stir it before drinking, as the milk is on the top and the Milo is on the bottom. It's delicious ☺️.
