Tsim Sha Tsui super beautiful sea view western restaurant

Many friends have asked me why I place so much emphasis on ritual. The reason is very simple. My purpose is to deepen the relationship between me and my family through activities and celebrations. Secondly, it allows you to take a moment to relax and de-stress in your busy life, and enjoy dinner together in a comfortable atmosphere.

To make it more grand, we often go to Harlan in Tsim Sha Tsui to celebrate our birthdays, anniversaries or Mother's Day every year. The reason is that the restaurant has a beautiful environment and can see a 180-degree view of the Victoria Harbour. The food is also very exquisite and special, and every dish shows great thought. The service is also very considerate. There is a dedicated person to introduce each dish, change the tableware and inquire about everyone's taste and opinions.

This year, to celebrate my father's birthday, we specially came to this very memorable restaurant again and ordered six dishes:

🌟Dry-aged chicken breast and liver rolls, large leaf pickled mushrooms, crispy chicken skin
-Dry-aged chicken breasts are coated with liver paste and tasted together. They are very tender and delicious. The rich fat and unique fragrance are paired with the crispy chicken skin and fragrant mushrooms. The contrast between the crispy and soft is very surprising.

🌟Ceviche marinated prawn sashimi, tangerine honey wasabi juice
-The prawns are very fresh, with plump meat, elastic texture, sweet and refreshing taste, and the tangerine honey wasabi juice is very special.

🌟Japanese king crab egg foam with 24-month French Conti cheese crisps and sea urchin
-The appearance alone is very attractive. The 24-month French Conti cheese crisps are crispy and have a strong cheese flavor. The last time, the sweet sea urchin was added. The addition of Japanese king crab egg foam is really amazing. It is full of freshness and taste, with distinct layers. It is definitely a visual and taste enjoyment.


🌟Seaweed oyster cream soup with fried scallops in lobster oil
-A very rich oyster flavor, the Hokkaido scallops are fried and placed in the soup, and the lobster oil is added to make the umami taste more prominent.

🌟 Pasta rolls stuffed with assorted seafood and pork belly, truffle-Conti cheese cream sauce
-Assorted seafood is wrapped in pasta rolls, and a little truffle oil is added. The taste is unique, the rich fillings are satisfying, and the appearance is exquisite. Using Conti cheese to make the sauce does not steal the freshness of the seafood but instead enhances the flavor.

Spicy smoked cherries, tomato jam, confit golden beets
The name of the dish is so long that you can tell how particular the chef is. The slow-cooked dry-aged duck breast itself is not too strong, but the special tomato jam makes it taste better. I like the texture of duck breast, and it’s amazing when eaten with duck fat potatoes.

🌟A4 Wagyu Sirloin with Crispy Fried Taro Duck Leg Cake, Coconut Beef Juice
The Wagyu beef is of high quality and melts in your mouth. The coconut beef sauce is very special, and the crispy fried taro duck leg cake is the "finishing touch".

I love pistachios very much, and with the hazelnut chocolate mousse and a little gold foil decoration, it tastes good and feels high-end.
