Hong Kong cuisine 🍀Gold Coast resort-style Vietnamese restaurant 🏖️

We love the vibes of the Gold Coast🫶 This Vietnamese restaurant Bistro Hoi An offers many new-style Vietnamese dishes. Once you enter the restaurant, the decoration is full of Vietnamese style, and the lanterns are hung like you are in the streets of Hoi An.

I ordered quite a few dishes, so many that I couldn't finish them all. Some of them have Thai flavors, such as Vietnamese raw shrimp and specialty egg curry fried soft shell crab. The dishes also incorporate Vietnamese flavors, such as with citrus fish sauce and French bread.

Each dish was excellent and impeccable, with just the right amount of flavor, spiciness and intensity. My favorite dishes have to be the charcoal grilled Australian top M9 Wagyu back loin and Vietnamese chicken sandwich!

The staff was very warm and hospitable and the food was served quickly. Highly recommend this restaurant, very satisfied 😋 Whether coming with friends or couples for any occasion, this restaurant is perfect!
